TCE is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, each elected by our carrier membership. Every director is an experienced transportation professional who understands the challenges of running a trucking company and shares a commitment to transparency and service.

This cooperative structure ensures every decision made at TCE supports our members’ best interests, not outside investors. Our board represents the carriers who rely on us every day, guiding our not-for-profit mission and helping us stay true to our promise: to put truckers first.
